Trainee Accountant Required in London
Entry level position providing direct access to all areas of a finance department offering hands-on experience and learning with a clear pathway to an accountancy qualification.
The role will focus on providing support for the accounting team by handling day to day tasks, preparing reports, maintaining financial integrity and contributing to strategic decision making.
Along with high levels of numeracy we also require a strong communicator as there will be a lot of collaboration with other departments and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Support transactional accounting – accounts payable, receivables and bank reconciliations
Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with internal and external audits
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy
Support regulatory reporting and compliance activities
Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required

Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in an affiliated subject from a recognised university
Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications
Prior internship or similar experience within finance or accounting is desirable
