Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/Waitress role

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Develop a strong knowledge of menu items, drinks and hotel offerings to confidently assist and advise guests.
Build genuine connections with guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded throughout their visit.
Respond professionally to guest enquiries and concerns, resolving issues with care and efficiency.
Support revenue growth by recommending menu specialties, beverages and additional dining experiences.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational readiness within the restaurant and bar areas.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the hotel to ensure a seamless guest journey.
Contribute to a positive team culture while upholding Hyatt’s service standards and values.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused hospitality professional who enjoys creating memorable experiences. Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel food and beverage environment is advantageous, although a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service are essential. You will be a team player with a professional approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting.
