ESQ Cocktail Bar & Grill is a lively restaurant and cocktail bar offering premium grills, seafood dishes, cocktails, and vibrant brunch experiences with live DJs. We are looking for enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses who enjoy working in a social, fast-paced hospitality environment.

**Role Overview**

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent table service, ensuring guests enjoy a great dining and nightlife experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and drink orders accurately
Serve food and beverages efficiently
Provide menu knowledge and recommend dishes or drinks
Ensure tables are clean and properly set
Handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly
Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area

**Requirements**

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well in a busy environment
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be available evenings and weekends
