For our client, a leading educational institution in the UK, we are looking for a Teacher

Salary Range: £40,000 – £80,000 per annum + Performance Bonus – Depending on experience

Location: United Kingdom(Multiple Locations) — On Site / Hybrid (depending on school policy)

Your Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum and school objectives.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports student development.
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress using formative and summative assessment methods.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting respect, safety, and high expectations.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and other staff to support individual student needs.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, attendance, and behavior.
Participate in school meetings, training, extracurricular activities, and ongoing professional development.
Maintain accurate records, lesson plans, and required documentation in line with school and regulatory standards.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or appropriate UK teaching certification (e.g., PGCE + QTS, SCITT, Teach First).
Previous experience teaching in a UK school.
Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum and effective classroom management strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and support pupils from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Commitment to safeguarding, child protection, and promoting the welfare of young people.
