Role Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to academic content, institutional policies, and higher education operations.
Create realistic scenarios based on university workflows such as admissions, tenure review, grant administration, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.
Annotate, label, and validate data across higher education use cases including student advising, course planning, and institutional research.
Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as academic writing, pedagogical reasoning, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FERPA, Title IX, accreditation standards).
Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for education-focused AI systems.

Requirements

Strong professional experience in a higher education institution (e.g., university, college, or equivalent).
Experience in areas such as faculty roles, academic administration, student affairs, research administration, or accreditation and assessment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate academic workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
