About The Role

We're looking for a Food Runner to join our front-line team at one of London’s newest and most exciting venues – Arcade Covent Garden! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations.

As a Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate in this role will:

Deliver food and beverages from the Kitchen and Bar to the dining areas
Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner
Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures
Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile
Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams
Have the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!

We'd Love To Hear From You If You

Bring prior experience as a Food/Bar Runner or similar front of house role.
Have worked in a high-volume restaurant environment similar to ours.
Have a passion for food, service and guest experiences.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Are an excellent team player with a positive attitude.
Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure.
Bring a warm and approachable demeanour that naturally connects with guests and colleagues.
