About the role:

We’re looking for a Software Developer (Mid/Senior) to join our team. The core of the role will be designing, implementing, and testing data driven products and research projects in healthcare. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast moving team and communicates effectively with non-technical team members. 

The ideal candidate will be looking to join and help shape an early fast-growing company and have a passion for making an impact on the healthcare of a wide population.

Responsibilities:

Development and testing of our core products and frameworks
Work with a small, close knit, diverse multi-disciplinary team of developers, data scientists and doctors

Required skills: 

Full stack development (React; Javascript/Typescript; Node.js; Python)

As the Divisional IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all four business streams are well supported from an IT perspective. The manager will determine the best strategy to achieve this, exploring both in-house and outsourcing options.

Working from home with travel to corporate offices around the UK (as required), you will be the face of the company’s internal IT Support. You will build relationships with our employees, understanding their requirements to ensure they have suitable and sufficient IT equipment and software. You will work together with current outsourced IT provider, to support users and ensure the smooth day to day running of all aspects of the IT Infrastructure. Responsibilities

Drive down costs of IT provision year-on-year
Own and manage IT Projects such as consolidating 3 separate AD Subscriptions into a single AD.
Managing relationships with all third-party IT, Software and Security suppliers/providers (including measurement of providers’ performance to KPI metrics)
Managing software licensing and approve software use within the business
Managing IT Equipment asset register and decommissioning/disposal of EOL IT equipment
Ensure robust processes are in place and followed including:
On-boarding/offboarding process for starters and leavers is implemented and managed
Adequate backup procedures that are regularly tested
Hardware upgrade/replacement process including planning/approval of upgrades
Approve all IT Invoices, achieve a target of 5% saving per year on IT spend
Lead the implementation of a robust security policy that:
Complies with the wider IT Security Policy
Ensures we reach or maintain ISO27001 accreditation

The role is for a Junior Server Hardware Support Engineer working at our customer’s sites and data centres in E14 and RM7.

They are to complete basic server hardware maintenance and support tasks, as well as managing the relationship between the customer and your employer.

This person will ensure that support tasks are managed effectively and responded to in a timely manner through a logging system. Completing requests themselves or by raising tickets with the helpdesk where necessary.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the internal ticketing systems at our customers’ sites, completing basic Hardware support requests where appropriate
Provide support to our customer via telephone and email
Maintain high standards particularly regarding customer communications and response times
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current server hardware, i.e. HPE and DELL hardware
Engage in training opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in key areas.
Complete any other tasks as requested by your senior member of staff.

Applicant Requirements, but not necessary:

Experience with Microsoft &amp; Linux server operating systems, including installation, configuration and maintenance
Experience with Server Hardware, hardware servicing, upgrades and basic repairs
IT/Computing qualifications (Comptia A+, Server+) are preferable but not essential
Knowledge and understanding of standard office software packages i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word
A good standard of written and oral communication
Ability to work effectively within a team environment, both taking direction from and supporting other colleagues
Flexibility regarding working hours; overtime is paid but there are likely to be circumstances where you will be required to start early or finish later and or Out-of-hours work

* Our client seeks an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge of SuccessFactors to lead a portfolio of projects, primarily supporting Candidate and Employee Experience.

* This will involve leading the design, structure and systems integration across multiple new and existing platforms. Key stakeholders will include the process and service owners across HR, IT and Finance.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Provide a weekly highlight report on project activity.

* Manage and mitigate the RAID log, escalating issues in a timely manner.

* Organise and facilitate SteCo Meetings.

* Manage SIT and UAT

* Manage implementation partners and third-party deliverables
