As a Customer Success Partner (CSP), you are the strategic advocate and trusted advisor for a defined portfolio of customers. You will ensure each customer achieves measurable value from our products, data, and services, leading to satisfaction, retention, and growth of their account- with us.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role are:

Customer Partnership &amp; Advocacy

Serve as the primary liaison and advocate for your assigned customer portfolio, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and our solutions.
Engage with customers based on defined segmentation and tiering strategy.
Act as a strategic advisor—translating customer business goals into actionable success plans and measurable outcomes.
Conduct Quarterly or Executive Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs) with customers to review performance, adoption, ROI, and future opportunities.
Represent the Voice of the Customer (VoC) internally, escalating critical feedback and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with Operations, Product, and Compliance.

Retention, Growth, and Value Realization

Help retain existing customers by staying engaged with them and making sure accounts renew their subscriptions with us successfully.
Proactively monitor customer usage, order volume, and adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunities for account growth.
Develop and execute renewal and growth plans, in partnership with Sales, to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across your accounts.
Identify and communicate ROI stories and value outcomes to reinforce the customer’s strategic partnership with J.D.Power.
Support the reversal of potential downsells through early risk identification and proactive engagement.

Operational Excellence &amp; Process Improvement

Partner cross-functionally to resolve customer issues quickly, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Identify and share best practices to improve internal processes and enhance customer experience.
Ensure smooth onboarding for top tier and high-potential customers in collaboration with the Implementation team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, success plans, and risk indicators within Salesforce.

Collaboration &amp; Enablement

Partner with the Customer Success Director to provide feedback that shapes success playbooks and health scoring.
Contribute to team enablement, sharing insights, case studies, and process improvements.
Collaborate globally when managing multi-region customers to ensure a unified experience and consistent delivery.

You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly reporting and IFRS deliverables, playing a pivotal role in the month‑end close, balance sheet and P&amp;L reviews, and statutory compliance. The role also offers the chance to build strong relationships across the business and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast‑paced retail environment.

What you will be responsible for:

• IFRS reporting, including additional quarterly and annual disclosures

• Implementing and monitoring J‑SOX controls

• Preparing monthly journals and reconciliations for designated markets, and leading month‑end P&amp;L reviews and balance sheet analysis meetings

• Holding regular discussions with Corporate Planning to support P&amp;L management and business insight, while actively seeking cost‑saving initiatives for designated markets or the wider European business

• Presenting key findings on a monthly basis to the COOs for the assigned markets

• Building relationships with store management and the EC business to identify potential accounting issues and support management’s understanding of their P&amp;Ls;• Taking ownership of compliance for designated countries, including local reporting requirements, coordination with third‑party tax consultants, VAT data, and local business statistics questionnaires

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Accountant or at the final stage of ACCA or ACA qualification (or equivalent)

• Retail experience is desirable; however, practical IFRS experience is preferred

• Expert knowledge of balance sheet and P&amp;L account classifications

• Experience working with outsourced operations would be beneficial

• Highly computer literate, with expert knowledge of Excel

• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business

• Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines

• Proactive and able to adapt easily to change

The Revenue Manager will will manage the inventory of rooms, ensuring that the inventory is allocated and restricted properly in order to maximise total hotel revenues and profits. Key Responsibilities

Proactively review and implement accommodation rates and volume controls on a weekly and monthly basis and oversees the daily inventory control for all segments. 
Observe rate parity agreements with 3rd party distribution sites.
Chair weekly Strategy meetings where pricing and availability controls are agreed for defined periods.
Dictate and deploy strategy in line with budget, business need and market conditions. Agrees and regularly reviews all pricing and demand calendars for M&amp;E, rooms and groups as applicable.
Liaise with 3rd party market managers to ensure that desired market shares are being realised.
Review client production monthly and agrees appropriate actions with Sales Director, Hotel GM, &amp; Revenue Director.
Produce daily pick up reports and once produced, these reports are analysed and any necessary actions taken.
Producs and review month end revenue reports and provides critical analysis on performance versus forecast and results of implemented strategies.
Review booking pace reports and applies strategy changes when needed
Conduct displacement analysis of group business as needed to determine the impact potential business will have on Revpar.
Generally analyse all past and present trends and applies necessary changes for future strategies
Review all competitive shops daily and identifies trends and revenue maximisation opportunities.
Regularly review demand calendars and maintains historical data on events and promotional periods
Identify demand troughs and peaks and adjusts strategies accordingly

Qualifications

What You Bring

The License: Valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) Licence, CPC Card, and Digital Tachograph Card. 
The Experience: At least 12 months of experience handling Class 1 vehicles.

Role Responsibilities

Requirements
